Additional to the 5 weekly HypnoBirthing course I am also offering a compact one-day preparation course.
This is perfectly suitable for you if you are very busy and have no time for a weekly preparation course. Also if you are already quite late in your pregnancy and still want to be well-prepared for the upcoming birth. Then this course can help you.
The One-Day preparation course will give you a general overview of what to expect during labor, handy breathing, and relaxation techniques, and info about your birth options. The course is designed for your partner, but you can follow the course also alone.

Corona Update 25th of January: Childbirth classes can be held face-to-face again
Due to the government's announced relaxation of measures, the HypnoBirthing group courses will be held at the live location again, in small groups, so that sufficient distance can be maintained.
You are guaranteed to be able to follow the complete course. During every class, there will also be the possibility to participate online via Zoom, if you cannot be present on location, for example, due to (possibly) Corona-related complaints. So you are guaranteed to follow the complete course.
That means you can follow the course completely at the location or from your home.
